1. If your colleague does not already have an Astro Wiki username, ask them to go to wiki.astro.ex.ac.uk and register. If they have a non-Exeter email address you will have to add them to to the NonExeterUser list. This is to avoid wiki spam.
2. Once you know their WikiName go to TWikiGroups and add them toNonExeterUser list the relevant group for your Web(s).

NB Depending to how you have set the permissions, it may be that any user who can edit a web can authourise a user, not just an administrator. See CreateNewWeb for details.

Note for JMR:

To allow a user to edit their details, go to their page, click on "More topic actions" at the bottom, then "Edit settings".
